Hey, it's the Preacher, and it is grilling season. Starting to warm up... It's time to get the grill out. And my grill every year, I'm like, “I ought to just throw that thing away.” And then, I get a wire brush out, and clean it up. And I'm like, “It's got another year in it.”
So that's what I'm going to do today. I've got some coals. Lit my Weber kettle, and I'm going to clean the grill grates up… I had a company reach out to me called Grillaholics, and they sent me some really great grilling equipment. And I'm going to show you how it works, so let's take a look at the grill. Okay, this grill is pretty crusty. I haven't done anything to it, but I have a great grill brush. I don't think I've ever had one this nice…

Okay, this grill is pretty crusty. I haven't done anything to it, but I have a great grill brush. I don't think I've ever had one this nice…
I always spin it around and heat up the cold side. I usually cook this way. I usually have a really hot side and a cold side. And I start out searing… Then, I start putting things on the cooler side.
So now, I've got this side over the coals. They're heating up. Let's brush them off. All right, now that the fire's lit, let's put the top on it. We'll let this grill heat up, and we'll throw some chicken on there.
All right, let's hit it one more time with the brush. We'll get this side good and clean. Now, I have a paper towel here that I've soaked with avocado oil, and I'm just going to drag it quick across these grates. There's what I'll be cooking.

The good folks at Grillaholics sent me some Salt Pepper Garlic Twisted. It's got butter flavoring in it, and I'm here to tell you it smells amazing here... I'm gonna shake a little extra over it.
All right, let's take a look. How do we know when they're ready to flip? They'll let us flip them.
Your chicken should turn easily on the grill. If it's not turning easily, it's not fully cooked on that side.
If you've cleaned your grill and you've oiled your grill, when your chicken is cooked it should be seared and released from the grates...
I've moved these around a little bit... This SPG plus Butter it's a real deal. I just had a little nibble… This is quality stuff. I think we're about ready.
If this were bigger chicken, I'd be checking the internal temps, but with tenders, you can usually break one open.
All right, as you've seen it cook, you know what it looks like. The question is: What does that Salt Pepper Garlic Butter seasoning taste like? And I had a little sample earlier, so I'm going to try a little bit now.
It's not pink. It's fully cooked. It's not dry. It's juicy. That is a good mixture. It's not overly salty... I'm going to turn y'all off and go inside and make myself a chicken wrap.
