Preheat your outdoor grill to 425ºF (or until you can hold your hand an inch over the grates for about one second — Disclaimer: Don’t burn yourself!) In large mixing bowl, combine Ground beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper thoroughly. Separate Burger mixture in half for 2 portions. Working with one portion (1/2 of total burger mixture), separate into two parts: 2/3 of mixture for the bottom, 1/3 of mixture for the top.
Press It:
Using your Grillaholics Stuffed Burger Press, press 2/3 of the burger mixture flat into bottom of the burger press. Remove the outer cup and press into the base to form a depression in the burger mixture
Stuff It:
Stuff with 3 Cheese Blend, Jalapeño slices & chopped bacon
Seal It:
Form remaining 1/3 of burger mixture into a patty and place on top of stuffed burger. With outer cup back on your burger press, press hard to form your stuffed burger, then press the bottom of your burger press to remove the patty.
Grill It:
Grill 5 minutes per side at 425ºF for Medium/Medium-Well. Top with your favorite fixings, place on burger buns and enjoy, knowing you’re the envy of your friends and family!
