Blue Cheese Bomb Burgers
Posted by Madeleine Bequette on
You'll Need:
- 2 pounds grass-fed ground beef
- 4 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled (set some aside to top burgers if desired)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 ½ tsp sea salt
- Grillaholics Stuffed Burger Press
Directions:
-
Place about 5oz. of ground beef in the bottom of your stuffed burger press, press with the cap on to create a well, then stuff it with bleu cheese, and season with pepper, salt. Don't be a nancy about it... Really stuff that thing full of blue cheese. Yeah... that's better. Now top it with about 3oz. of the remaining beef, and seal it with your burger press.
-
Next, preheat grill to high heat (just under 500 degrees F). Toss your Grillaholics Grill Mat on your grilling surface.
-
Grill burgers 5 minutes per side or until they have reached your desired cook…pink or no pink, the choice is yours. Top burgers with some bleu cheese for the last few minutes if you want a little extra. Which, let's be honest... you do.
-
Call your friends or some ladies and serve-up bleu cheese deliciousness on your favorite buns (toast the buns on the grill for a few minutes for extra awesome points) with your choice of toppings. We like chipotle mayo on a pretzel bun with pickles…you may or may not be as sophisticated, just saying.
-
Stuff pie hole.

Pat yourself on the back for a job well done and think about what you’re grilling next…you’re a Grillaholic.
