Love it, or your money back! We're so confident that you are going to love your Grillaholics rubs & seasonings, that you can test drive your first bottle for 60 days! If for any reason you're not blown away by the flavor and freshness of your Grillaholics rubs, just contact us at 1-800-892-5579 -or- support@grillaholics.com within 60 days of the purchase date on your order, and we'll help you return your remaining unopened bottles for a 100% refund.
STEP 1: Contact our customer service team by calling 1-800-479-1596, Monday- Friday, 9am – 5pm ET. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number), and we will also provide you the return address to ship the product back to us. We really make it simple and as easy as possible.
STEP 2: Return the unused portion of your product, the original invoice that came with your product (if you don't have that please indicate the date you purchased your product so we can attempt to look it up) and your RMA#. We must receive the return within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.
NOTE: Empty product containers can only be returned if adequate time has passed that would allow you to consume the product as directed. We want to be fair, but we can't refund a 6 months worth of empty product containers after only a few days. We want to be fair with you and hope you will be fair with us too. It usually takes a week to process your package, and another 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account(debit card).

Grillaholics Warranty Terms & Conditions
At Grillaholics your happiness and satisfaction are very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us within 90 days of purchase and we will do whatever it takes to make it right.
Grillaholics offers a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty to guarantee that all Grillaholics products are free of manufacturing defects. This covers any broken or damaged product(s) upon delivery and damage that occurs outside of normal wear and tear.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser as indicated on the warranty registration (or in the case of a gift or promotional situation, the person for whom it was purchased as a gift or promotional item) and applies only to products sold by Grillaholics or one of its authorized distributors. Under normal, private single family home or apartment use, Grillaholics agrees within the framework of this warranty to replace, provide store credit, or refund (within 90 days of purchase) for the amount of the original purchase price, within the applicable time periods, limitations and exclusions listed below. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF GIFTS AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AS NOTED ABOVE.
What is Not Covered
Any damages due to accident, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or failure to properly clean and care for, including but not limited to damage caused by exposure to outdoor elements or deterioration or damage due to severe weather conditions such as sun damage, rain, snow, tornadoes or discoloration due to exposure to cleaning chemicals or natural oxidation. All refunds and replacements are subject to store policy.
