This part is SUPER easy. Just gather all of the ingredients in a bowl, and mix! Make sure to get a good amount of seasoning on each piece of chicken, thoroughly rubbing it into each piece, and even sprinkling a little extra on at the end.Writer's Note: When cooking with this rub, the high sugar content means that it can burn very easily. For that reason, we suggest you cook over indirect heat at about 400 degrees for 30+ minutes or until the skin is crispy and juices run clear.
